Refund policy

The items are exchangeable or refundable within 2 days of receipt of order. Please return faulty goods (wrong or defective items) as soon you become aware of the fault. You can initiate the process within 2 days of receiving your goods by sending an email picture of the fault at monzfashion@gmail.com  Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from us regarding the same is received. Once confirmed by Monz Fashion customer support, you need to send the material back at your cost. However, return delivery would be on us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, perfume or damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging with product tags/tickets attached.

  • Items altered or customized are non-refundable or exchangeable. No refund will be given by Monz Fashion if the order has been delivered with the colour and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.

  • Items offered in our Sale & Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
  • Product Add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange.

We do not offer a free return service; however, we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size, but delivery charges (both ways) are applicable and will be borne by you. We do not undertake any guarantee of availability of all sizes and colours on exchanges.

 

Monz Fashion has full right to update the exchange and return policy without any prior notice.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS:

In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Monz Fashion is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Monz Fashion will either provide a store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product.

CANCELLATION:

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
